A Northshore native and proud LSU alum, Stephanie is also a dedicated mother of two and an active leader in the real estate community. She currently serves as the 2026 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors St. Tammany.

Bea Zemlik is a Closing Specialist with over 14 years of experience as a licensed Realtor, bringing a well-rounded perspective to every transaction. Her background in both real estate and administrative support allows her to anticipate client needs, stay ahead of details, and ensure a smooth, well-organized closing experience.
Known for her attention to detail and clear communication, Bea is a trusted resource for clients and partners alike. A Westbank native and fluent Spanish speaker, she is proud to support both English- and Spanish-speaking clients, providing a seamless and accessible experience from start to finish.
Ja’Juan Allen

Ja’Juan Allen brings nearly a decade of experience as a Notary Public, Mobile Signing Agent, and Loan Closing Agent. With a strong foundation in business and a client-first mindset, he is dedicated to delivering efficient, reliable service that exceeds expectations.
As a business owner, Ja’Juan understands the importance of professionalism and precision, working closely with the Best Title & Co. team and its partners to ensure each closing is handled smoothly from start to finish. A Ponchatoula native, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northwestern State University and is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
